Data Deletion & Privacy Request
At Syllabax, we value your privacy and your right to control your data. In compliance with the Apple App Store Guidelines and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), we provide the following mechanisms for data removal.
1. For Students & Parents
Syllabax acts as a Data Processor for your school. Your educational records (grades, attendance, profile) are controlled by your specific Educational Institution.
Action Required: To delete your student data, you must contact your School Administration directly. Once the school removes your record from their dashboard, it is permanently deleted from our Azure servers immediately.
2. For School Administrators
If you represent a school and wish to terminate your entire institution's account and purge all associated data:
- Log in to your Super Admin Dashboard.
- Navigate to Settings - Institutional Data.
- Select "Request Account Termination".
Alternatively, you may submit a manual request below.
Data Location: Microsoft Azure (Central India). All deletion requests are processed within 30 days in compliance with legal requirements.
