Syllabax operates exclusively as a Software as a Service (SaaS) and digital education platform. We provide cloud-based school management tools and digital Olympiad learning content. We do not sell, manufacture, or ship any physical goods or products.
Delivery Method
Upon successful payment for a premium subscription or school ERP access, your digital products and account features are delivered and activated instantly via our cloud infrastructure. There is no physical shipping involved.
Confirmation of Delivery
You will receive a payment confirmation receipt and access credentials (if applicable) at your registered email address immediately upon a successful transaction. Your Syllabax dashboard will also automatically update to reflect your premium status.
Delays or Interruptions
In rare cases of network latency or server synchronization delays, digital delivery and account upgrade may take up to 2 hours. If your account is not activated instantly after payment:
- Please check your internet connection and refresh the dashboard.
- Log out and log back into your account.
- Check your email (including spam/junk folders) for the payment receipt.
