Cancellation & Refund Policy

Syllabax operates a multi-tiered educational platform. We provide premium digital content directly to students, SaaS tools to schools, and act as a technology provider for school fee collections. Our refund policies depend entirely on the nature of the transaction.

1. Premium Student Access (Direct Purchases)

This section applies to fixed-term purchases made directly to Syllabax for premium digital content (e.g., Olympiad preparation packs, AI Tutor access).

  • Digital Goods: Because our premium content is delivered digitally and accessed instantly, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" once the digital content has been accessed.
  • Exceptional Refunds: If you experience severe, documented technical issues that prevent you from accessing the purchased content, or if you were billed multiple times in error, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds for technical failures or billing errors will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

2. School Software Licenses (B2B)

This section applies to Educational Institutions paying Syllabax for access to our SaaS School Management/ERP platform.

  • Software licensing fees, integration charges, and dedicated setup costs are strictly non-refundable once the service period has commenced or the platform has been deployed.
  • Schools wishing to cancel their software license must do so according to the notice period defined in their Master Service Agreement (MSA).

3. Facilitated School Fees (Tuition, Transport, Exams)

Syllabax provides a "Bring Your Own Gateway" (BYOG) infrastructure. Educational institutions integrate their own independent payment gateway keys into our platform to collect fees directly from parents.

Disclaimer: The School is the Merchant of Record for all tuition and operational fees. Syllabax does not collect, process, hold, or route these funds. The transaction occurs directly between the Parent and the School's payment provider. Therefore, Syllabax cannot issue refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks for school fees. All disputes regarding school dues must be directed to your School Administration Office.
